What we do
Buying a present shouldn't mean an evening of open tabs. We pick gifts for babies to grandparents and tell you plainly who each one suits, what it costs today and when it isn't worth the money.
Alongside the gift guides we keep a stock watch on the toys that sell out, a calendar of new releases, and the toy news that matters to parents: new sets, sell-outs and safety recalls.
Who chooses the gifts
Sam, our gift editor. Sam researches every gift we list and checks its price and safety record. Gifts we have also tried at home are marked "Tested at home", and each review says whether it was tested or researched.
How we're paid
Some links earn us a small commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. It never decides a pick: a gift goes in because it's good, and comes out when it isn't. How affiliate links work here.
