KPop Demon Hunters singing dolls: £35 each on Argos's list, one at £29.99 in our stock check
Mattel's Rumi, Mira and Zoey dolls each sing "Golden" and are marked 4+. Our check found Rumi out of stock and one at £29.99. The non-singing dolls, too.

- Mattel makes three KPop Demon Hunters singing dolls: Rumi, Mira and Zoey. Each sings "Golden" from the film, on its own or together with the others, and each is sold separately.
- Argos's top toys list, published on 3 September 2026, gives the singing dolls at £35 each. Which? says: "At £35, this doll isn't cheap."
- Our own check at 21:21 on 4 November 2026 covers one shop, Amazon: the Rumi singing doll listing we track was out of stock, and another Golden singing doll listing was in stock at £29.99.
- Mattel also makes KPop Demon Hunters fashion dolls that don't sing. Which? says versions that don't sing "will typically be cheaper". We don't track their price.
- The age on Mattel's boxes is 4+, with a small parts warning for under-3s. One doll still sings without the other two.
Why these dolls are on so many lists
KPop Demon Hunters is a Netflix film, and HUNTR/X is the group at its centre: Rumi, Mira and Zoey. In its toy trends for 2026 article, Which? says the film "became Netflix's most-watched film of all time last year, with more than 236m views by August 2025", and that this is "driving demand for toys and merch".
Argos put the singing dolls on its top 20 toys for Christmas 2026, announced on 3 September. The Which? article, by Natalie Turner, picks out the Rumi singing doll. If a child has asked for a KPop doll, it's worth asking whether they mean a singing doll, and which character.
Which dolls sing
The singing range is three dolls, one per member of HUNTR/X: Rumi, Mira and Zoey. Mattel's product pages for each call it a "Golden" Singing Doll, after the film's song. Mattel's own UK shop doesn't list the singing dolls, so the details here are from its US shop pages.
Mattel's page for Rumi says: "She can sing the smash hit "Golden" solo or as a group with the other HUNTR/X members, Mira and Zoey!" Argos's list puts it as "perform solo or collect them all and sync them up for full group harmonisation".
So one doll on its own still sings. Buying all three is for the group harmony, not to make one of them work. Mattel's pages say "Each sold separately, subject to availability", and each box holds one doll: "Includes 1 singing Rumi fashion doll wearing a removable outfit."
The Mattel pages we read don't mention batteries, so check the box or the shop's listing for that before Christmas morning.
What the singing dolls cost
Argos's list gives the price as "£35.00 each". Which? uses the same figure: "At £35, this doll isn't cheap."
Our own price check found a lower price on one listing. At 21:21 on 4 November 2026, a KPop Demon Hunters Golden singing doll listing we track on Amazon was in stock at £29.99, sold new. That is one listing at one moment: prices on it can change at any time, and we can't say how long £29.99 will last.
Buying three at £35 each comes to £105, our sum from Argos's price. If you're weighing that up, remember a single doll sings on its own.
What's in stock: our check
We check the price and stock of the KPop Demon Hunters products in our catalogue. These figures are from our check at 21:21 on 4 November 2026, and they cover one shop, Amazon, not every UK toy shop.
The Rumi singing doll listing we track was out of stock, with no price showing. The other Golden singing doll listing we track was in stock at £29.99. The KPop Demon Hunters edition of Monopoly Deal, a card game, was in stock at £8.99.
That's all our data shows. It doesn't tell us whether Argos, Smyths or John Lewis have them on the shelf, and we can't say whether Rumi will be back before Christmas.
The dolls that don't sing
Mattel also makes a KPop Demon Hunters fashion doll that doesn't sing. Its UK page lists Rumi, Mira and Zoey, plus Jinu from the Saja Boys, each in a removable outfit with accessories. The page describes outfits and accessories and doesn't mention sound or singing.
Mattel's UK page lists it as an assortment, with "(Characters May Vary)" in the name, and doesn't give a usable price. Which? says "Versions of Rumi and the gang that don't sing will typically be cheaper". We don't track the fashion dolls' prices, so we can't tell you how much cheaper.
If the song is the point for your child, the fashion doll isn't the same present. If they mostly want to play with the characters, it may be.
The age on the box
Mattel's pages give the singing dolls an age of "Ages 4Y+", with the warning "CHOKING HAZARD - Small Parts. Not for children under 3 yrs." Which? gives the same for the Rumi singing doll: an age range of 4+ years.
The fashion doll's UK page gives "AGE GRADE: 4Y+" and the warning "Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts."
Mattel's descriptions also say the dolls are "Ideal for ages 6 years old and up" (fashion doll) and that "Fans ages 6 years old and up can collect the whole KPop Demon Hunters crew" (singing dolls). The age mark is 4+; 6 and up is how Mattel describes its fans. For a younger sibling in the house, the small parts warning is the line to read.
What it means for your shopping
You don't need to buy all three, and you don't need to buy today. Nothing in the sources we read gives a date when stock runs out. If the doll they want is out of stock, waiting a few days and checking again is a fair choice.
Argos's list puts the price at £35. If a seller is asking well above that, you're paying more than Argos lists it for. For more ideas at the same age, see our gifts for 5 to 7 year olds and gifts for 8 to 10 year olds.
We'll update this story if our price check shows the Rumi singing doll back in stock or the £29.99 price changes, or if Mattel or a UK toy shop publishes a different UK price or age for the dolls.
